The Potter County Board approved a letter of engagement with CS Wallace Engineering to provide professional engineering, competitive bidding and construction administration services for the Gunsburgger building window-replacement project. The board recorded professional-services fees of $84,000 for part one and $46,400 for part two and approved moving forward with the contract.
