Casey Urquhart told the board that TID 8 (Hub 3) saw an increase in incremental value and added about $116,082 to its year-end fund balance from 2024 to 2025. He listed a number of build-outs expected this year in the district and tied the improved fund balance to recent revenues exceeding expenditures.
