Will Hunt, Potter County's director of planning, presented engineering agreement proposals and recommended designating the Eids Group as the county's primary engineering retainer and ENM Engineering as a secondary retainer. Hunt said the move is intended to bolster technical review capacity for high-impact land developments, including data centers and energy-related projects, and to pair those reviews with conservation-district environmental inspections.
