The Gregory County Planning & Zoning Commission approved a plat for two parcels in the Mulehead Subdivision at its Aug. 11, 2026 meeting. The plat covers Lot 8 (a portion of Tract 8, located in the SW 1/4 of Section 21-97-68) and Lot 5 (a portion of Tract A, located in the SE 1/4 of Section 20-97-68), and includes a 40-foot private access road serving both platted parcels.
