Staff presented the Heyday final plat for property north of Waunakee on North Madison and Easy Street: 50 single‑family lots, 114 single‑story rental homes, 36 two‑story rental townhomes, and several outlots including a 0.59‑acre public park to be dedicated to the village. Staff recommended approval subject to execution of a development agreement and county approval of street names.
