The Town of Ocean View Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve a revision to the Ocean View Beach Club site plan (applications P258/P260) that will subdivide recorded condominium parcel M into two parcels, M1 and M2, so the parcel containing the planned 26-unit building can be sold and developed separately.
