The Westside Community Schools Bond Oversight Committee presented its semi-annual Phase II update Sept. 8. Project Advocates' Matt Herzog and committee chair Ryan Decker told the board that completed Phase II projects met schedule and budget expectations and summer work advanced Westbrook building-envelope and HVAC upgrades.
