Board hears PACE Center update; CO pending ground stabilization
Board members were told the PACE Center is substantially complete but the final certificate of occupancy is delayed because inspectors require the grounds/grass to meet standards. Temporary keys have been issued and staff reported staged move-in activity.

During subcommittee reports the board received multiple facilities updates. A committee member reported that the PACE Center is nearly complete and other projects (HVAC at Douglas Park, Norcom renovation, elementary tile work, bathroom renovations at Waters and Crockett) are progressing. The committee member noted designs for modulars to relocate sixth-grade students next year are underway.
