The Board approved two recorder-related actions on Aug. 25: a contract with Granicus LLC for recording-module software upgrades (not to exceed $38,000, effective June 9, 2026) and a resolution authorizing a recorder notification program pursuant to Senate Bill 255 (SB 255). Following a public hearing, the Board adopted an updated recorder fee schedule effective Jan. 1, 2027.
