Board authorizes up to $10,000 for Una budget‑software support

The board approved authorization for the chair to sign an order form for additional professional services with Una to support roll‑out and staff training for a county budget software program, with a "not to exceed" amount of $10,000. Staff explained the vendor requires a minimum payment when engaging a contract but estimated the county's actual usage would more likely be in the $2,400–$3,000 range. "This gives us support as we do training, moving forward for staff and the county to roll out that software program," the presenter said.
