The Village of Ellsworth Plan Commission voted June 15 to approve a Concept Plan and site suitability for a proposed 27-unit residential subdivision at the intersection of North Maple Street and 580th Avenue. The developer, C & J Builders, proposed 17 single-family lots and five twin-home lots (10 units), a configuration the minutes record as the principal project detail.
