The Village of Ellsworth Community Development Authority reviewed a draft Façade Improvement Program at its Jan. 15, 2026 meeting and discussed whether interior improvements should be eligible and where to set the minimum project threshold. According to the minutes, “The CDA directed staff to lower the minimum total project cost to $2,500 with program funding to be dependent on the annual Program funding by the Village Board or other funding sources.”
