Miami Beach transportation master plan update underway; committee hears progress and concerns

Transportation Director Jose Gonzalez told the Land Use & Sustainability Committee that the city is already updating its 2016 transportation master plan in a two-phase approach: phase one documents current conditions and achievements, and phase two will consider policy changes including whether the city should keep its adopted modal hierarchy.
