District staff described a conversion of the assessment plan from a document‑based format to a site‑based hub (Google Sites) so test proctors and coordinators can access manuals, schedules and links easily. "We transitioned it to a site‑based assessment plan...they will have access obviously to the assessment plan," the presenter said while describing the advantages for test coordinators.
