Bacon County adopts resolution asking state lawmakers to introduce LHOST enabling legislation

On June 16 the Bacon County Board of Commissioners approved a resolution requesting that the county's state representative(s) introduce legislation to allow a local homestead option sales tax (LHOST) in accordance with Article VII, Section II of the Constitution of the State of Georgia.
