The Board adopted an amendment to the Land Development Code to permit a single temporary recreational vehicle on parcels of at least three‑quarters of an acre for owner‑builders during construction, subject to six‑month permits and renewal conditions. Planning Director Ryan Alexander said the permit includes conditions such as a valid license plate and registration, mobility of the RV for storm readiness, posting of a 911 address, and standard construction site requirements (portable toilets, dumpsters) for safety and sanitation.
