The advisory committee allocated sections of the Select Board presentation among its members: Sharon Mullen will present public benefits; Ryan Pope will cover the substantial rehabilitation threshold and tax-relief duration; Andrea Novotney will present draft applications, covenant templates and the proposed warrant articles; Jeff Grip will deliver recommendations to the Select Board; and Chair Don Bliss will present the proposed motions.
