Will Michelle, director of community development, told commissioners the proposal moves about 30 acres from a Williams Grove Road parcel to a York Street parcel and that both parcels lie inside a county conservation easement. He said the proposal already passed county review and will proceed through state review in October; the board was being asked to approve two minor modifications to the township subdivision ordinance and the final lot plan.
