City staff presented a written report that compared developer-provided power and revenue figures against Mid State Electric rate tables and found large discrepancies. Using the highest published large-load rate, staff estimated annual gross power values far different from the proposer’s numbers and noted that the existing published interruptible load rate only covers up to 9.9 MW, not the 20 MW the proposal referenced.
