Planner: subdivision application deemed incomplete, staff working with applicant
City planner Rachel told the council a recently submitted subdivision application has been deemed incomplete and staff are working with the applicant to achieve completeness before formal review.

Rachel updated the council on current planning files, stating there have been few new applications since May. She said a subdivision application "might have been new, but that's been deemed incomplete" and staff are in contact with the applicant to get the submission completed.
