Jeremy Schmidt of the Engineering Department told the Board that the first amendment to the existing contract for the Linwood Hills Sewer project adds construction administration and inspection services. He said the city is finalizing funding arrangements with the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) and anticipates beginning construction in October.
