The Nutter Fort Town Council voted unanimously Dec. 10 to appoint Whitney Eagle to the Nutter Fort Library Board after a recommendation from the board; the council approved the appointment on a motion by Councilor Charlene Louk and a second by Councilor Rick Lafferty.
