Council discussed a proposed change to the public comment format that would require residents to sign up to speak by the Thursday before a council meeting. The minutes state that anyone wishing to speak under Public Comment must contact the Town of Nutter Fort office by the prior Thursday and that there will be a set time limit for each speaker.
