Water fund to use impact fees for AC water-main replacement and meter program

Staff described a multi-year water capital plan that would increase meter and register replacements and pursue an AC water-main replacement. "Of the number 1,387,742 that is funded fully by water impact fees," staff said, explaining that roughly $900,000 of the total is for the Twin Lakes Drive AC main replacement and the remainder for general AC water-main work.
