During the planning‑director update the department summarized several active and imminent projects in and near Phoenix Springs. The director said an Autumn Springs subdivision received a development order and construction will begin; McCarthy Estates is more than halfway built out; a 15‑home permit was issued at 83 and Walton Road; and Phase Springs off Coye Burgess has an estimated 40–50 homes under construction, many already sold.
