The Phoenix Springs Planning Board on Aug. 3 approved 2026 SSA‑03, Grayson LLC's request to amend the future land‑use map for an approximately 8.24‑acre parcel on Coburg Road from commercial and medium‑density residential to mixed‑use. Planning staff said the proposal uses the same mixed‑use district applied to the adjacent property and recommended approval as consistent with the comp plan and development code.
