IT director reports systems work; counsel flags GWorks contract for right-to-cure

Chris Martin, Linn County IT director, updated the board on help-desk activity, tower and network equipment repairs, camera installs in the jail mechanical area, and FirstNet cell‑signal boosters installed in Parker and Centerville. Martin said the emergency operations room is nearly ready and that scale‑house and fiber work has been completed to support county operations.
