A district project presenter updated the board on Evergreen Elementary, calling the build "moving along extraordinarily well" and reporting that footings have been poured and formwork is in place. The presenter said the team has executed three contract amendments so far (validation phase, GMP 1 and GMP 2) and that GMP 3, which will encompass the full project budget under progressive design‑build, will be presented at the next board meeting.
