The Planning Commission approved a variance to reduce rear-yard setbacks from 25 feet to 15 feet for identified lots in the Feather Ridge Subdivision (phases 5 and 6), the chair announced after a motion passed. A staff member told the commission the request had been reviewed and recommended for approval as it is consistent with similar variances given previously for properties on cul-de-sacs.
