Cold Spring adopts two local laws: court residency rules and updated vehicles & traffic code
The board adopted Local Law No.1 (2026) adding Chapter 125 to establish associate/acting justice positions and residency requirements for court staff, and Local Law No.2 (2026) amending Chapter 126 (vehicles & traffic) after prior hearings; both laws were adopted and directed for posting and filing.
