What the commission voted on: approvals, deferrals and next steps

At the Sept. 21 meeting the commission approved the working draft of landscaping and buffer standards as amended, voted to defer commercial/industrial applicability to the 2027 docket, and approved inserting an applicability threshold ('11 units or more') in the ordinance purpose; staff will return with revised wording and definitions.
