Commissioners approved a Prosecuting Attorney budget adjustment of $45,000 and an amendment eliminating $37,500 from the request; the amended motion passed unanimously.

Locke Thompson led discussion about additional funds and changing a part-time attorney position to an investigator position for the Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Commissioner Harry Otto moved to accept a Prosecuting Attorney budget adjustment of $45,000; Commissioner Sam Bushman seconded. Commissioner Otto then amended the motion to eliminate $37,500; Commissioner Bushman seconded the amendment and the motion passed with all commissioners voting yes.
