The Commission approved a 5.5% salary increase for the Purchasing Agent after Finance Director Debbie Malzner presented the request. Commissioner Harry Otto moved to honor the Finance Director's request for the 5.5% increase; Commissioner Sam Bushman seconded the motion. The recorded vote was Bushman (Yes), Hoelscher (No), Otto (Yes), and the motion passed.
