Board approves Adel EMS station change order, authorizes Terracon for testing
The board added two alternates to the Adel EMS station contract (masonry waterproofing and full-height porcelain tile) via Change Order No. 1 for $15,595 and approved awarding construction testing and inspection to Terracon (proposal estimate $21,470).

Christopher Oric of Farnsworth Group presented Change Order No. 1 for the Adel EMS station, adding two alternates the board had approved last week: alternate one (masonry waterproofing) and alternate two (full-height porcelain tile in bathrooms and showers). Oric recommended approval of the change order, which the board approved by motion.
