Commissioner Harry Otto moved that the Commission sign a resolution to demonstrate Cole County's commitment to public safety and crime reduction, naming the measure the "Blue Shield Community Resolution." Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher seconded the motion, which passed with Presiding Commissioner Sam Bushman, Commissioner Hoelscher and Commissioner Otto each voting Yes.
