Councilman Dan Lewandowski asked staff to provide year-to-date reporting that reflects pay-period timing rather than a straight-line 12-month computation; he pointed out the fiscal year includes 26 pay periods and some months therefore include three pay periods. He also proposed replacing the term "Profit" in QuickBooks-generated documents with "Budget Surplus."
