During public recognition, Debbie Wisel, speaking for the Patterson Library, outlined upcoming programs including a Medicaid/Medicare session, a historical documentary screening, teen leadership programming and a paver memorial fundraiser. She encouraged residents to sign up for library cards and noted the library will host print copies of the AARP survey and other events.
