Council voted to enter executive session to discuss legal matters. The chair made a motion "pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 121.22G3 22G3 to enter into executive session to conference with an attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action." The motion was seconded, the clerk took a roll‑call vote and the council recorded unanimous affirmative responses before recessing to executive session.
