The Town of Patterson board voted to amend its meeting rules to add a provision limiting public recognition to five minutes per individual. The amendment, added as Section 9.O to the meeting rules dated Sept. 23, 2026, passed after clarification that speakers may address the board on any topic within the allotted time.
