Brandon, a consultant with MSG, gave the Village of Commercial Point an update on the comprehensive master plan, saying the team has organized a 58‑page internal working draft around 10 community pillars and identified 40 proposed actions and a five‑year capital and funding framework. "We currently have a 58page internal working draft organized around the 10 community pillars," he said, adding the project also includes 17 mapped exhibits and an evidence register drawing on 40 public sources.
