Committee approves two land divisions in Towns of Worcester and Prentice
The committee approved two separate land divisions: one in the Town of Worcester submitted by Tim Vreeland on behalf of Jeff Redetzke, and one in the Town of Prentice submitted by Beth Bant on behalf of Lyle Garbelman (the Prentice approval was contingent on a 66‑foot easement).

The Zoning section of the Sept. 17 meeting approved a land division submitted by Tim Vreeland on behalf of Jeff Redetzke to create one lot in the Town of Worcester (motion by Jeff Ulrich, second by Doug Erickson). The committee also approved a land division submitted by Beth Bant on behalf of Lyle Garbelman to create one lot in the Town of Prentice, with approval contingent on a 66‑foot easement (motion by Michelle Drobnik, second by Jeff Ulrich). Both motions were recorded as carried.
