Price County committee sends parks refuse ordinance amendment to public hearing
The Price County Law Enforcement Committee voted to send an amendment to Chapter 398 (Parks and Forests, Sec. 398-19 Cleaning and refuse) to a public hearing after questions from the Sheriff. The motion by Committee member Robert Kopisch, seconded by Dennis Wartgow, carried.

The Price County Law Enforcement Committee voted Sept. 3 to send an amendment to Chapter 398, Article II, Section 398-19 (Cleaning and refuse) to a public hearing. Committee member Robert Kopisch moved, and Committee member Dennis Wartgow seconded, "Motion Kopisch/Wartgow to proceed with the amendment to the ordinance, sending it to a public hearing at the next Law Enforcement meeting. Motion carried." The Sheriff answered committee questions about the proposed changes during the discussion.
