The Wayne County Agricultural Land Preservation Board voted March 18 to approve updates to the county’s subdivision guidelines that had been presented at its Feb. 18, 2026 meeting. Paul Kowalczyk moved to approve the updates; Brad Bates seconded and the motion passed.
