Trustees approved three building permits (BP 23-10, BP 23-11, BP 23-12) and heard from Austin Melton asking whether a duplex would be allowed at 322 Main St.

The board approved multiple building permits during the Sept. 13 meeting. Trustee Lance Breitkreutz motioned to approve Building Permit 23-10 for Robert and Pamela Kuhl (913 Center St.) to add fencing; Trustee Mike Banks seconded and the motion carried 4–0. The board also approved BP 23-11 for Donald Craner and Jennifer Olexo to move in a portable storage shed, and BP 23-12 for Jack Leiting to construct a 10x12 chicken coop; both permits passed by 4–0 votes.
