Council voted to annex a parcel identified in the Broadmoor master plan area and to assign R-3 (medium-density residential) zoning consistent with the future land-use designation. Deputy Director Raymond described the property as located between Harris Road and Highway 182 and noted the proposal helps reduce jurisdictional islands and brings city utilities to the site.
