The Kilbuck Run Wastewater Treatment Facility operator submitted the monthly log and the prior month's Discharge Monitoring Report to the PA DEP, which were attached to the operator's report presented at the Aug. 12 meeting. Operational issues noted included unclogging return lines and replacement of one UV lamp; power outages were recorded as emergency callouts.
