Steve Sherrill, a resident attending Goshen’s town meeting, asked whether two identical line items in the select board’s ARPA spending report meant the town had paid for two power washers or been billed twice. "So do we own 2 power washers or do we pay for 1 twice?" he asked during the select board report.
