Board approves Chipotle site plan near Price Chopper
The Board of Aldermen approved an ordinance allowing Star Development to build a 2,500 sq ft Chipotle at the Shops at Carney First Plat 2D; Planning & Zoning recommended removing several parking stalls adjacent to overflow parking and the vote was recorded as unanimous.

The board approved on Feb. 17 an ordinance permitting Star Development to construct a 2,500‑square‑foot Chipotle in a grassy location near the Price Chopper, following a unanimous recommendation from the Planning & Zoning Commission. Community Development Director David Pavich said the commission recommended removing several parking stalls because the site adjoins overflow parking and existing parking supply exceeds need.
