Transfer Station Committee recommends container changes; Board to issue RFP addendum
The Transfer Station Improvement Committee presented a revised site layout and recommended container-spec changes (two 30-yard covered cardboard containers, two 30-yard covered commingled recycling containers, four 30-yard open C&D containers, covered tire storage and attendant shack). The Board agreed to issue an RFP addendum; proposals are due Sept. 24 and a decision is expected before Nov. 1.
