Lauderdale County approves amendment to ViaPath inmate‑communications contract
The Lauderdale County Commission unanimously approved an amendment to its ViaPath (Global Tel*Link d/b/a ViaPath Technologies) Master Services Agreement effective April 1, 2026; the amendment implements a $0.02 per‑minute Facility Cost Rate Additive and sets inmate-calling rates at $0.13 per minute and a remote video‑visitation rate of $0.21 per minute.
